The conference will take place over three days: 2, 3, and 4 June 2026.
2 June
The Youth Conference will be held in P-124.

- Breakout rooms: Not required
- Lunch: Likely to be served in the adjacent foyer
3 June – divided into two parts
Part 1: Open day
Held in P-32, N002.107 (Large Auditorium).

- Refreshments: Coffee/tea and baked goods will be served in the foyer in front of the auditorium
- Breakout rooms: Not required during the open session
- Lunch: Not provided for participants attending only the open conference.
- Lunch will be provided for those continuing to the closed conference and will be served in P-46, in the foyer outside Athene 1 and 2.
Part 2: Closed conference
Held in P-46, Athene 1 and 2, which can be combined.

- There will be three parallel sessions, requiring three breakout rooms (estimated capacities: 70, 50, and 30 participants).
- The following breakout rooms are reserved: P-124 and P-128.
- Parallel sessions will therefore take place in Athene 1 or 2, P-124, and P-128.
- P-128 can be reduced in size if needed.
- Streaming: Both plenary lectures and parallel sessions can be streamed.
- OsloMet will provide technical staff, with additional support from Jimmy and Human Aspect, who are in contact with OsloMet.
4 June
Closed conference throughout the day, held in P-46, Athene 1 and 2.
- Breakout rooms: The following rooms are reserved: P-124 and P-128.
- P-124 can be divided into one large and one smaller room if necessary.
- In addition, Athene 1 or 2 may be used as breakout rooms.
- Lunch: Served in the foyer outside the Athene rooms.
